Jennifer Jacobs - State Farm is seeking a part-time Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is driven to achieve goals. If you’re the type of person who sets a target and won’t stop until you hit it, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Call, text, and meet with potential customers to understand their insurance needs
Educate customers on auto, home, life, and other personal lines insurance options
Generate quotes and follow up on leads in a timely, professional manner
Track progress toward sales goals and collaborate with our team
Participate in regular training and coaching to sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated and results-oriented – you enjoy a challenge and love hitting goals
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Ability to obtain (or already have) a Property & Casualty license
Reliable, professional, and committed to personal and professional growth

Compensation & Perks:

$16–$20/hour base pay, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses and monthly incentives
Flexible part-time schedule (about 20–25 hours/week)

Schedule:

Part-time
Monday to Friday (flexible within office hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
No weekends

Our office is open M-F- 9:00AM- 5:00PM After hours and Saturdays by appointment. .
