- Represent our agency professionally in every interaction, in-person and over the phone.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred. Applicants without licenses must obtain them prior to hire.
- Strong communication skills—listening, presenting solutions, and building trust.
- Confidence in speaking with people, whether on the phone or face-to-face.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and follow through on commitments.
- Prior sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.
