Key Responsibilities:
- Writing $40,000–$60,000+ in monthly premium
- Generating and closing auto, home, and renters policies
- Cross-selling life and health consistently
- Managing and moving your pipeline daily
- Hitting defined monthly premium targets
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Documented production history
- Strong follow-up discipline
- High personal accountability

Income Structure:
High performers earn $60,000 - $95,000 annually (Base salary + commission)
Income scales directly with production. There is no cap.
